Travel Pass
Travel Pass is a transportation ticket for congress delegates and participants at other events of minimum two days. It can be used as often as necessary within the valid period and travel zones, day and night in bus, train and metro.
The organiser of the congress or event orders and buys the Travel Pass at Movia (see below for further details).
Please order the Travel Passes at least 6 weeks in advance, and please note that they need to be paid before to the event.
Conditions and prices for less than 1,000 passes
The price per Travel Pass is from DKK 36,00 (2 travel zones) to DKK 126,00 (all travel zones) per 24 hours.
Two half days can be counted as one, it is also possible to get reduction for the days when the delegates do not use the Travel Pass (to be announced to Movia prior to the event).
Travel Passes that are not used can be returned to Movia by paying a minor fee.
Conditions and prices for more than 1,000 passes
The price per Travel Pass is DKK 36,00 per calendar day for all travel zones. All Travel Passes in this category is for all travel zones. In this price are included all travel durations and all reductions, including half days and the days that the Travel Pass is not used (this means no further reduction is possible).
It is NOT possible to return unused Travel Passes in this category.
It is possible to print the name of the congress or event on the Travel Pass (max. 17 characters), but no logo.
